Default mail pulled from otheer account

I used windows mail first time to copy & send a page. It pulled everything
from my inbox on my cox account over to windows and made itself default
account how do I reverse this and send my emails back to cox? I want to keep
using my cox account.

Since Cox doesn't offer IMAP accounts there is no easy or automated
way of returning the downloaded emails to the server. You would have
to forward each downloaded message to your Cox account individually.

By default, most POP mail clients (including Windows Mail) will delete
a message from the server after successfully downloading it. To change
that behavior, go to Tools, Accounts, select your mail account, Properties,
Advanced, check the box for "Leave a copy of messages on server."

Thank you I'll try that. I guess I'll go through and forward the ones I need
back to cox. Is there a way to change it back where windows mail isn't my
default?

Something has to take the default. I think you are asking if your Cox Mail
can be set as the default.
With a few exceptions, only mail client programs can be set as the default.
There is no way to set Cox webmail as the default, since it is not a program.
