You don't.
You could use an IMAP server or Hotmail and leave all messages on the server, or you could purchase a high-tech solution like Exchange Server or something similar, but in general messages that you have downloaded to Outlook are not available for viewing on other computers. Go to Tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties | Advanced and check the box that
says to leave a copy of the messages on the server. Then you can access them from another machine, but set one of them to delete the messages after a given number of days or the mailbox will fill up. steve "j" wrote in message ... |
