Default Connection to server?

I am trying to get Windows mail to work, with not much luck! My ISP had
instructions a 3rd grader could follow, so I know that is right. My problem
is this: My provider is Charter.net. When I try to send an e-mail, a
window pops up requesting a connection to Broadband. I don't have dial-up!
How or where do I go to make my high speed connection and get this show on
the road? Thank you very much!

Go to tools menuaccountsselect your accountpropertiesconnection
tabremove the check mark from 'always connect using', WM will now use any
available connection.
