Executable files
Hello group,
I was having some trouble transmitting an .exe file via Windows Mail. I received some helpful suggestions. Thank you. Just curious about one more thing: Yahoo mail doesn't seem to be bothered by ..exe files at all. I am able to transmit these files via Yahoo mail with ease. Does anybody know why .exe files can't be transmitted by Windows Mail, yet there's no trouble with Yahoo mail? Just curious. thanx |

Each mail service has their own rules.
Sounds like Yahoo's rules for attachments are a little less restrictive. -- Gary VanderMolen, MS-MVP (Mail) "Chet" wrote in message news Hello group, I was having some trouble transmitting an .exe file via Windows Mail.
