Default uninstall windows (vista original) mail after installing win live mail?

How does one doe this? Is it possible? Why, when installing windows live
mail, doesn't windows live mail auto-uninstall the original windows mail?
Any ideas or pointers toward a solution would be appreciated

One doesn't uninstall it since it's part of Vista, one merely doesn't use it
anymore. One can delete the shortcut pointing to it.
