Foreground/Background tasks
This is a simple question -- my Windows Media is sputtering, especially when
I am surfing to other pages. I assume that this is a problem I could fix by adjusting the allocation to make sure that WM always has enough resources, but do not know how to do this. Can anyone help? Thanks
