troubleshooting vista STOP ERROR or BLUE SCREEN
Please answer the following questions :- 1. Does the system restart when you run a specific application ? 2. Do you get any timer which states as the system would restart ? 3. Try to go in the system setup & leave the system over there for sometime & see if it restarts or not ? 4. Is the system getting hot ? -- tanuj_chadha Tanuj History repeats itself, first as tragedy, second as farce. - Karl Marx :geek: |

troubleshooting vista STOP ERROR or BLUE SCREEN
The culprit probably is the driver of your ethernet controller
(Marvel Yukon, the driver is yk60x86.sys). Call your help desk, or the Sony store where this computer was sold; they will advice how to proceed. Also you can try to find a more updated driver on Sony or Marvel web sites. --pa "clara" wrote in message ... My computer keeps shutting down unexpectedly and restards after that.
