Default Making a shared folder in Vista-64 Home premium accessable to Win98SE

How do I set up a shared folder on my new Vista machine that my old
Windows 98SE machine can connect to? My Windows XP machine died, so I
can't do any testing with XP at the moment until I get around to
installing VirtualPC, which I won't be doing until I get the damn
vista machine configured.

My Win98 machine can see the share, but keeps telling me that the
password is incorrect. I have both machines set to log in
automatically to the same username. I've triple checked the password.
What am I doing wrong in Vista?

A link to a step-by-step set of instructions would help. The
instructions for setting up a vista share don't seem to be working, so
I need insructions for the additional steps to make them readable to
the win98 machine. I'm familiar with how to set this up in Windows XP,
98SE, and 95. I just don't understand what I'm doing wrong in Vista 64-
bit home premium.

I'd also really prefer if I could leave it so I don't need to enter a
username/password on the win98 machine AT STARTUP, and keeping the
Vista machine in the same state would be nice. Entering a username/
pass to get at the shares is acceptable.

By design, Windows Vista doesn't support sharing its files with
Windows 95/98/Me. I've done a lot of research and testing on this,
and I've talked to networking people at Microsoft about it. I'm not
aware of anyone who has found a way to make it work. :-(
