Default copy/backup programs and drivers b4 system recovery

My FIOS is way too sluggish. For example, it takes 20 seconds to fully
load a web page such as talkingpointsmemo.com
I have used scrubbers and cleaners and spyware removers etc. and think
I've got something hidden in there making me a tool of some 15-year-old
Russian.

So, I want to do a system recovery. But I'd really like to copy/backup
a bunch of applications and drivers so I can just put them back into the
newborn baby.

I'm now moving all photos, videos, music and documents etc. over to an
external hard drive. That's the easy part.

Is there an easy way for the apps and drivers?

For all your drivers, you could use WinDrivers Backup.
Or any of the others on this page.
