I have an HP Pavilion dv6604nr running vista home premium 32 bit, amd
athlon dual core processor TK-55 1.80 ghz, 4gb ram, Nvidia Geforce 7150M

If you reset the Media Library-
http://zachd.com/pss/pss.html#medialibrary
, does that fix you up?

Default windows media player has stopped working

My media player will not always play video sent by email. Sometimes it will
but 98% of the time it stops working and I get a message that says it stopped
working and it looks for a solution but never finds one. Is there a way to
get Media player to work without a bunch of computer geek crap or not. I can
play my cd's That I downloaded just fine. If you find a fix let me know
Please. I am missing out on alot of funny videos that my friends send me.

What's your specific fault data according to the Problem Reports and
Solutions control panel?
http://zachd.com/pss/pss.html#bucket
has how to look that up if you don't know. =)
