Default Vista folder sharing in a Domain environment

Unable to view 'shared' folders in Vista via other computers in our
domain. Local client is running Vista Business x64. For example, the
C:\Test folder has been shared as 'Test' and shared to Everyone with
Change rights (using the Everyone group to keep it simple).

When you browse to the computer via its UNC path, '\\computer1'
(file://\\computer1) or '\\computer1\test' (file://\\computer1\test),
the folder is not viewable/accessible. Basically, the shared Test folder
does not exist. The error message that comes back is: "Windows cannot
access \\computer1\test".

Additional tidbit: On the same Vista computer, I am unable to do a net
use command and attach to the test folder (net use x: '\\computer1\test'
(file://\\computer1\test)). I receive an Error 57 (same result whether I
am logged in as the Domain Admin or the Local Admin).

I am also unable to access or open the folder via the Network Sharing
Center Show me all the shared network folders on this computer Test
on the local computer. Same 'Windows cannot access '\\computer1\test''
(file://\\computer1\test) error message as above.

Here's what's been done:

- Windows Firewall turned off
- No group policy being applied
- No Anti virus or any 3rd party firewall software installed
- Moving the computer to a Workgroup does not make a difference
- Created a new folder and shared that folder
- Windows Updates are current
- Win XP, Win 2008 Server, Vista, and Win 2003 server cannot access the
shared folder
- With the Windows Firewall on, File and Printer sharing are allowed

As mentioned, this is a Vista Business x64 client. I have 3 other Vista
Enterprise x64 clients that have the same folder sharing issue.

I've looked around the web and other forums and I've only seen
non-domain folder sharing issues with Vista being posted or discussed.

Is there some sort of registry change that needs to be made? Any other
tips or suggestions?
