Default Window Explorer Crashing

When ever I'm trying to Right click on a folder, My windows explorer
crashes.
It also crashes when I highlight the folder, and Hit the delete button,
Windows crashes.

I'm pretty sure I'm Running a Vista home premium 64bit. I know for sure
its 64bit, and That its vista. But I forgot where to see what version it
is. But this is really frustrating and I need some help.

Right-click issues are most often caused by third-party software shoving
itself into the context menu and having things break. The easiest way to
deal with this is with the free ShellExView program.

Manage the context-menu entries for folders, drives and Namespace objects -
http://windowsxp.mvps.org/context_folders.htm
(doesn't matter that it was written for XP; it is applicable also to Vista)

http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/shexview.html - ShellExView

That doesn't work. I disabled everything under Context menu And no
dice. I'm pretty sure its not a virus. Ive scanned him several different
programs (Malwarebytes, Trojan remover, And Trend Micro.(I got a few of
those from other threads)) But still no luck.

programs. two of which I got from other threads. (Malewarebyte and
Trojan remover) The third one was Trend Micro.
Still no luck

Then what has changed since things worked? What have you installed? There
was an issue with XP SP2 and DivX. Possibly something like that has caused
your issue but without knowing more, I can't guess.

Would it be worth a shot to uninstall DivX? Because I cant remember a
time that my right clicking on folders has worked. (Ive held this off
for a while) And I wouldn't have a clue what Ive downloaded since then

Sure, it would be worth a try. Also stop unnecessary programs/processes from
running at Startup. Perhaps something running in the background is causing
the issue.

Start OrbSearch boxtype: msconfig and when it appears in the Results box
above, right-click and choose "Run as Administrator".

If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation,
type the password, or click Continue. Then see what is on the Startup tab.
You don't need to restart immediately, but the next time you do you'll get
a dialog saying you've used the Utility. Usually in Vista this will be
blocked by Windows Defender and you'll need to allow it so you can then
tick the box that says in effect, "don't bother me about this again".

Important - Do not use the System Configuration Utility to stop processes.
Instead, use Services.

Start OrbSearch boxtype: services and when it appears in the Results box
above, right-click and choose "Run As Administrator". Confirm elevation as
needed.

The free Autoruns program is very useful for managing your Startup -
