Default Slow Boot Time on new computer running Vista Ultimate x64

I've recently put together a new computer using these parts:

E8400 CPU OC @ 3.6 Ghz
Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3R with latest BIOS
2 x 2 GB Corsair TwinX4096-6400C5 DDR 2 800 mhz
Seagate Barracuda 7200.10

I've updated to Vista Ultimate SP1, run multiple disk clean ups,
defrags, use CCleaner, clean the registry, defrag the registry, disabled
services and have made tweaks according to the guide provided on this
website and have minimal startup programs running but my boot times
average around 2 minutes. For a new computer with new hardware, this
seems unreasonable as many users report boot times between 30-60
seconds.

What could be wrong with my computer? On the vista loading screen with
the green bar, it goes through about 22 cycles.

PS: Try avoiding the use of Registry cleaners if you can, because they
cause more harm than any good if you are not sure what you are doing.

If you have not done so, open up "Computer" and right click on drive,
then go tools and start up "Disk Checking"

Check both boxes.

This will run next time you restart.

This can help a lot with Vista or XP machines, seems like they
periodically suffer from a not of disk corruption probably caused by
minor power outages or careless shutdowns etc.

I concur with the poster who suggested a "Check Disk". Remember to put a
check in the "automatically fix errors" box. Look in the device manager for
items that are having problems loading. If you have anything with a yellow
"!" Windows might be stumbling over it during startup. Regarding your
motherboard, did you go through and optimize the BIOS options? - for
instance you could have a hard disk delay setting slowing things down. Have
you run the Windows Experience Index to see if all the hardware is
performing up to spec?

Lets see he my computer HP Pavilion a6433w with 3GB DDR2-SDRAM and a E8500
3.16Ghz Processor and a 500GB Western Digital SATA Windows Vista Home
Premium installed on the 500GB with 1 partition and the Recovery Partition
on the same drive with 9.86GB Reserved then 1TB Western Digital SATA hard
drive as the second and only 1 partition and a 1GB Navidia 9800GT video card
and then my computer boots up in one minute and 46 seconds and I have
windows vista and all my programs take up about 49.5GB of my 500GB hard
drive so that is really fast compared to older computers. I also remember
when I had my old Windows XP computer the same HP Pavilion different model
it took almost 6 minutes with all the same programs on it. So what is the
real problem besides not super fast for you.

I've followed almost every step in the tutorial on how to speed up vista
boot time and increasing vista performance. Everything I do only seems
to add further to the boot times :/.

Event viewer isn't showing anything suspicious though I did think that
it was a problem with a vista x64 compatibility conflict with the
creative audigy 2 zs drivers I have installed. Over time, I'm noticing
that my boot times are gradually longer the more I try to fix it.

Here's my boot log if it helps
