Default Vista 64 and Memory Leak

I am running Vista 64 Home Premium on an HP m9300t (4GB RAM) and believe I
have a memory leak. For the most part I am running shrink wrap SW that came
with the system or was purchased. When I start up the system the sidebar
"All CPU Meter" shows 38% memory usage. As time goes on I notice this
number increasing. Obviously rebooting gets me back down but I would like
to find a utility that would allow me to snapshot what is running after
startup and then take another snapshot as the utilization increases in order
to determine the culprit. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance,
John

Use Task Manager to see what is running and how much memory each process is
utilizing.
