Default Vista Network Problem

I'm guessing a bit here but try this.

In the search box type gpedit.msc and press Enter.
Expand Computer Configuration
Expand Administrative Templates
Expand Network
Click on Link-Layer Topology Discovery
In the right pane double click on Turn on Mapper I/O (LLTDIO) driver
Click on disabled, then Apply

Exit out, reboot the computer and see if the problem still happens. If this
doesn't fix the problem then make sure to set it back to Not Configured.
