help in vpn connection

Hi
I have suscribed to a site that provides vpn service but when I
connected to my vpn account I lost my internet connection and I had a
yellow triagle on my connection icon telling me that I have more than
one active connection !! ADN i SHOULD TURN OFF ONE OF THEM

I tried to connect using openvpn but on result

Could you help me PLZ????
