I have a silly question :
How do I change the time interval between pictures ? I need to stretch it
longer because each picture is actually a poem. Thank you.

In the timeline view of the project, zoom in to see the clips bigger, grab
the right edge of any of the pictures and drag it to the right to make its
duration longer.... as poems I'd guess you want each one to play for a
different length of time.
