Resource Monitor Harddrive Usage
Few days ago I noticed my harddrive light going crazy, when I wasnt doing anything. So, I looked in Vista's Resource Monitor under the Disk tab. And it was reading 1mb-100mb/sec, I did not have anything open. I cannot recall the exact file names that were causing this, b/c I dont know if to look at the Read or Write or Both. I do notice 1 file that is only named by -, that is all it says for the filename -. This file doesnt seem to be the problem just strange. Any information on what could be causing this sudden hard drive usage will be appreciated. Also any info on the - file would be great too. -- NJdangerous1

If everything is fine right now, then you shouldn't be worrying about something you can't even properly describe so others can help you figure it out.
