Hi all I'm running vista classics theme with everything turned off
(except clear type fonts) and I'm experiencing weird delay glitch when i
open windows explorer, control panel, my computer, etc... it takes
around 1 to 1.5 sec to fully open entire GUI window on those - so here
is what happens first i see entire window frame then top address bar
(windows breadcrumbs) then 0.5 sec to 1 sec later main content
(everything else underneath navigation bar) appears - for this system
and settings that i have i think this should be instant but it's not
(same thing happens when i use vista aero) everything works just fine on
my old laptop vista GUI even appears to be faster on my old laptop then
new one - can you please point me out in the right direction how to
address this issuer since i use windows explorer a lot. Please let me
know if you need me to provide you with more info so you can help me out
track the issue.

thanks much!

Any other ideas?
