There are two IE icons in the 64bit version menu.. one is marked Internet
Explorer and the other is marked Internet Explorer (64-bit)..

Run the regular IE and install Adobe Flash Player into it..

Job done..

Check with this Internet Explorer on your computer:

c:/Program files (x86)/Internet Explorer/ iexplore.exe
which should be a 32 bit browser.

This would be the adobe KB article link |
'Flash Player support on 64-bit operating systems'

refering to the fact that Flash Player will not be supported by 64 BIT
edition.
