Hello,
I have a big problem on Vista 32 bit Home Premium. It generally hangs out/freezes while watching Youtube or something with IE7 or Firefox. In this case, cpu uses 100% and cannot move any window. All patches and SP1 is installed. We have tested with different flash player versions on five or some laptop. All of them has similar problem. Network connection is broken and cannot ping the computer or default gateway when this problem happened. However, if I unplug the network cable then cpu is being idle but network connection doesn't activate before restart the Vista. We have uses three model laptops but it happens only one model, Toshiba Satellite L300-14X. Drivers are upgraded or disabled but the problem continues. You can see on link that cpu is eaten by Interrupts and DPCs processes. http://people.sabanciuniv.edu/umuta/img/pexplorer.jpg What is your suggestion? Regards, |
