I just installed a network 1TB disk to use for backup of two computers. The
Backup and Restore center is asking for a password. I did not see an opportunity to assign a password. Neither computer has a password for logon. Any advice? Thanks Frank C Dell Inspiron 530S Win Vista Ultimate 64 bit SP1 Dell studio laptop Win Vista Ultimate 64 bit SP1 HP Photosmart D7260 |

Additional research on this problem revealed that using "everyone" (no
quotes) for user name and a single blank for password worked for me and for others!. -- Frank C Dell Inspiron 530S Win Vista Ultimate 64 bit SP1 Dell studio laptop Win Vista Ultimate 64 bit SP1 HP Photosmart D7260 "Frank C" wrote: I just installed a network 1TB disk to use for backup of two computers.
