MP3 Player Issue
I hope there is something easy here that I missed. I have a Vista Home
Premium SP1. Dell Dimension E310. I bought a generic MP3 player off ebay. I installed it and everything was fine. Now when I go to plug it in to update my songs it does not show up when I click MY COMPUTER and look for it in the DEVICES WITH REMOTE STORAGE. When it did I renamed it 'ipod' so I would know what device to select so I could drag & drop songs into it. The computer does recognize it in the Device Manager and working properly. Drivers are up to date. I have used other USB ports, but it still does not show itself. Whats Up? Thanks in advance for any help with this. |

MP3 Player Issue
If this is an iPOD, have you tried to download and use iTunes from Apple.com?
It will better be used with that software. -- Computer/Software Tech. Make it a great day! Charles Richmond "Randy" wrote: I hope there is something easy here that I missed.
