Hi,

I'm trying tomake my headset work but when i connecti hear the person but
they don't hear me.Using windows vista.

I checked everything is fine but I don't understand why they don't work.

Check the hardware plug for the microphone connection. Is it the right one
for your computer? Possibly in Control Panel you can test the mic to be sure
it's working. If it is, then check the setup of the software you are using
to talk/listen.

I used this headset on my old computer with windows xp, I just got a new
compter with windows vista, I can't understand why it isn't working, I check
in control panel but still doesn't work. I hear the person but they don't
hear me. Shouldn't all headsets work on all computers?
