Check the hardware plug for the microphone connection. Is it the right one
for your computer? Possibly in Control Panel you can test the mic to be sure it's working. If it is, then check the setup of the software you are using to talk/listen. "Scorpio" wrote in message ... I used this headset on my old computer with windows xp, I just got a new
compter with windows vista, I can't understand why it isn't working, I check in control panel but still doesn't work. I hear the person but they don't hear me. Shouldn't all headsets work on all computers? "John" wrote: Check the hardware plug for the microphone connection. Is it the right one for your computer?
