Default Error while Generating a System Health Report

Ok, whenever I click to generate a system health report, click continue,
the new window comes up and I see the right screen for a second before
it goes to say: "Error: an error occurred while attempting to generate
the report" and bellow that it says: "The Interface is uknown." Any
help on this would be appreciated...Thank You

Default Error while Generating a System Health Report

Update: I just got off the phone with microsoft who repaired my event
log service. Turns out that the issue was being caused by it being
corrupted. The RT backup folder had to be renamed which is at path
c:\windows\system32\logfiles\wmi\ then the computer was restarted, the
eventlog service was started once more and it all started working again.
The gentleman at microsoft recomended that a qualified technician solve
such problems as any deviation from recomended standards can cause
further issues.
