HELLO ALL! When I try to generate a system health report all I get is the following error ... "An error occurred while attempting to generate the report. The system cannot find the path specified." I don't know how long I had this problem because I haven't tried to generate a report for almost a year. Is there a possibility that a file that I need for generating the report was moved or deleted? Is there anyone who can "talk" me through reestablishing this path? I noticed others have had the same problem, and I have done all the things they were advised to do like checking services, restore (which I can't do because I don't know how long ago this problem started), etc... I also notice that ... *... computer manage Reliability & Performance Data Collector Sets User Defined New Data Collector Set ... in the "How would you like to create this data collector set?" the -Finish- button is grayed out; so it can't progress any further. * ... computer manage Reliability & Performance Data Collector Sets System ... when I right-click on any of the choices (LAN, System Diagnostics, System Performance, Wireless Diagnostics) they come back with the same error that the path specified is not found. THANK YOU in advance for any help; I REALLY appreciate it! Sincerely, Jenny ![]() -- ImJen |
