DDR2 Ram Confusion!!!! Help!!!
Hey gurus, Here is a quick question: I currently own 8GB's of 'Newegg.com - OCZ NVIDIA SLI-Ready Edition 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory' (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...2E16820227377). I am thinking about buying 4x2Gb of 'Newegg.com - OCZ Reaper HPC 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory' (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...2E16820227289). Is this a good move? Will I see much of a difference in performance from the 8Gb's that I currently own now? Thanks guys -- Gudziel *_Mobo_: *EVGA NVIDIA nForce 780i SLI *_CPU_: *Intel Core2Duo E8400 3.0GHz *_RAM_: *OCZ NVIDIA SLI-Ready 4x2GB PC6400 DDR2 800 4-4-4-15 *_GPU_: *EVGA GeForce GTX 260 896MB 448-bit GDDR3 *_OS_: *Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit |
