HEY GUYS. RECENTLY MY LAPTOP HAS UNDERGONE A FAIR FEW UNEXPECTED SHUTDOWNS. THESE USUALLY OCCUR HALFWAY THROUGH RUNNING A DISK DEFRAG (USING VISTAS OWN DEFRAG PROGRAM). HERE IS THE ERROR INFORMATION WINDOWS GIVES. Problem signature Problem Event Name: BlueScreen OS Version: 6.0.6001.2.1.0.768.3 Locale ID: 2057 Files that help describe the problem (some files may no longer be available) Mini031609-01.dmp sysdata.xml Version.txt Extra information about the problem BCCode: 9f BCP1: 00000003 BCP2: 869C8028 BCP3: 869C7560 BCP4: 85CEF008 OS Version: 6_0_6001 Service Pack: 1_0 Product: 768_1 'Server information' (http://www.vistaheads.com/forums/#): 6192f006-d924-46f8-a65b-44641a1637ba Any ideas as to whats causing this. Sounds like hardware - overheating, failing hard drive, etc. Either troubleshoot it yourself or take the machine to a competent local computer tech.
