Can You Downgrade from vista ultimate to home premium?

Default Can You Downgrade from vista ultimate to home premium?


When i Bought My PC it Had Home Premium Already.But then i broke it and
sent it to the repair shop.The Guy THere upgraded home premium to
ultimate for free.So I dont have the Vista Ultimate CD.NOw My PC has
this error Saying that my registry is missing or corrupt and now i just
want to get things over with and format to i can repair my PC myself!

So Can I downgrade Vista Ultimate(NO CD) to Home Premium which i might
buy is you guys say yes??

Before you do anything have you tried booting to safe mode and seeing if you
can use system restore to go back to a date before you did whatever you did
to corrupt your registry? You can't blame Vista for this one . . .

yes i have tried booting safe mode but i it still said the same
thing.AND i fixed the problem by reformatting so i fixed the problem.
