Try removing (or disabling) the logitech quickcam in Device Manager.
(LV302V32.sys)
If that stops the BSODs, then make sure your camera driver is up-to-date.

Will do, can i ask you though, why or how did you come to this
conclusion? I'll disable now and we shall go from there, thanks for the
reply.

You're probably wondering because you did not mention the QuickCam in your
setup stats...
I looked at your dump files and saw the IRQ_... fault which is almost always
a driver issue.
Looking into the files, one of them pointed to LV302V32.sys. I googled this
filename and found that it belonged to a Logitech QuickCam and that several
people were having similar issues with this QuickCam and Vista. So, my
advice was to disable it to see if that cleared up the problem.

The other type of problem repeatedly identified in your dump files was an
attempt to access a memory address that doesn't exist. This can happen with
a bad driver also. The files they pointed to were inconsistent which is
typical of a non-existent address. So, it seemed to support the original
idea.

Thanks for posting all the details! Now, let's see if it finds the problem.
