I have Vista Prem with MP 11. I have an issue with my tv shows playlist. I have playlists I watch all the time on this computer. But for some reason on this one tv show I have some of my episodes are being displayed in playlist by their title and not their filename.... as many know not many people tag Xvid files so not naming all of them. I just want media player to show in list pane the file name.... not the title name......how do I change this? I do not know how it got switched but somehow it has. If I log onto my other Username on this PC and load the same playlist the episodes are labeled correctly by the filename and not the title tag. I don't believe there's a way to turn off WMP showing the title metadata for those files. You could use a RIFF/AVI tagging utility to fix those, but WMP doesn't offer that functionality. =\ -- Speaking for myself only. See http://zachd.com/pss/pss.html for some helpful WMP info.
