Default Window Live OneCare

I am using Window Vista SP1 and Window Live OneCare on HP Laptop. Everytime,
WLOC automatically using defragement and it came up with yellow icon and said

"Defragment the Hard Disk
Tuneup started to Defragment the hard disk(s). Click details for more
information
C:\Defragmation partially completed*
*Because of high levels of disk defragmentation, starred
volumes could not be completed in this Tune-up and are marked for
Defragmentations in later Tune-ups"

I have tried so many times to use defrag the whole volimes but not whole
volume. I had no problem before installed Vista SP1. Now I am having a
problem to defrag the whole thing. Can anyone help me to solve the problems?

Try running Disk Cleanup, and also delete the accumulated Restore Points and
Shadow Copies (assuming you don't need them). Then try to defrag again.

Ignore the warning. When OneCare executes a Defrag during tune-up it calls the
built in Defrag in Windows and simply starts it running. It only allows it to
run for a certain amount of time before it stops and proceeds with the virus
scan portion of Tune-up.
