Default Installing Vista 64Bit OEM & licence

I have a Fujitsu Siemans Amilo Li 2727 laptop with Vista Home Basic 32Bit
preinstalled.

What I like to know is that can I use the licence that comes with this
laptop with a OEM copy of Vista 64Bit Home Basic as I need to reinstall
Windows on my Laptop.

I've tried doing a system restore from the Recovery Disk, (Which is on a
hidden partition), but it doesn't seem to work.

Thanks.

If a system recovery from the recovery disk fails, perhaps that means your
Laptop has a HW fault

Your current key is for Fujitsu oem version of Vista Home Basic
