The dependency service or group failed to start.
Upon turning on my laptop with Vista Home Premium SP1 32 bit. I am unable to do anything. Everything on the desktop is stretched. Unable to connect to the internet. Below is the message shown: Connection Status unknown. The dependency service or group failed to start. Ran a check and found corrupt files. -- Hoogieb
