Default Vista 64-bit error 8020


I'am using prolific cable data to connect to my cell phone Siemens M55
(as modem). When I use win vista 32-bit no any problem found, but when
iuse win vista 64-bit there error : Run-time error '8020' Error reading
comm device. Any body know what the problem is, help me
pleaaaaaaseeee.....

The Siemens M55 is a discontinued product, and I doubt that it has ever had
64bit drivers written for it. You are out of luck re using it with a 64bit
OS..

The responsibility for producing drivers rests entirely with the
manufacturer of the product to be connected, so nobody else is going to step
in to take over support for what is a discontinued product..
