I just started noticing this recently (in the past week or 2?) but if I lock my computer (does it with Win+L or startlock computer) and close the lid it unlocks itself. :S I tried googling it but either this is a new issue (unlikely) or I'm just not wording it right because I found nada. I have tried waiting until it locks, clicking on a user account and closing it when it asks for a password, rebooting, but nothing works. Any ideas on whats wrong and how to fix it? -- mbuza |

Look in the Control Panel/Power Options to see if the plan is set to require a password when coming out of sleep mode. |
