Default Remote desktop VISTA to XP Profesional VIA VPN

Hi all,

I am usually very good at solving technical problems by myself but this
one has me miffed.

I have a new VISTA Home premium laptop and use Contivity VPN software
to connect to my business network. I then use Remote desktop connection
to connect to my desktop at work.

Since yesterday this has started to fail, and i can't work out why.
I can ping the machine.
I can tracert the machine and the hops and routing look fine.
I can connect to my colleagues machine fine, the machines are
corporately identical, e.g recieve the same updates and have pretty much
the same bundled software.

I get this error message from the event log on the desktop i am trying
to access:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: TermService
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1036
Date: 21/05/2009
Time: 15:32:06
User: N/A
Computer: SYSPC01
Description:
Terminal Server session creation failed. The relevant status code was
0xC0000037.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

Please help..
Any suggestions welcome.
