Ultimate Does anyone know why a club3d zaptv 1000 mce edition tv-tuner isn't
recognized in media center as a tv-tuner?
In device manager all the drivers are installed as conexant (chip is
conexant) without exclamations.
I use Windows Vista RTM?

Are you sure you have Vista Media Center drivers for the tuner installed and
not just plain Vista Windows drivers?
Did you get the Vista MCE drivers from the Tuner card vendor?

Thank you JW for the reply!

I don't know when it's a plain vista driver?
The installed driveris the driver from the vendor for MCE 2005 and not
especially for Vista Media Center. (it works in xp mce 2005)
The vendor doesn't have drivers for Vista but the vendor says it's system
requirements are for windows MCE (doens't that include vista?)

MCE is XP MCE. It is not Vista Home Premium or Vista Ultimate.

Since Vista has much better security then XP many drivers that would would
work in XP or MCE do not work in Vista MC and almost all suppliers of
graphics can tuner cards have had to make changes for Vista especially for
the MC app in Vista.
