Vista ultimate 64
could not get to download windows updates (error 80074024) so tried various fixes found on the internet. stopping and starting services etc. Found that my windows and event viewer cannot be started, because the service is not running. Can't start the service due to error message like 'Error 1079 the account specified for this service is different from the account specified for other services running in te same process.' It is set to log on as Local System, and it should be logging on as Local Service. I cannot change the log on info as it is all greyed out (disabled) Thanks. |
