Default Default Administrator Account

I have an HP DV6-1030US laptop. It came loaded with Windows Vista Home
Premium 64bit. I wan to know :

- What is the default administrator password?
- How can I activate the administrator account so I can login with
it?
- Is there a way of changing in the registry the default location of
the users profiles (not just the documents, pictures, etc,, but
everything including application data and special folders used by
Windows)? Is there any software that allows doing this?
Thanks.
