Yes, you can install Ubuntu9.04 using "WUBI". Google for "wubi" and you
can install that OS as a program without disturbing Vista installation.
If you don't like it after trying, you can simply uninstall it from
Programs&Features under Control Panel.

Ok it installed, now one problem, my wireless internet detector thing
wont detect the current Wireless network i have.

I Thinking about useing my Motorola phone for my internet. but i dont
got a USB Thing, anyway. how do i detect my wireless internet?
(The thing that detects my wireless network is called Belkin)

I do not know anything about the wireless network, someone else might
help you here or you could try the ubuntuforums and I am sure there are
many would help solve your issue.
