Default Remote Application

I recently installed Vista Business 64 on my laptop. I had been using XP Pro
(32). I have a Terminal Server that I have set up in Remote Application
Mode. Under XP Pro, this worked beautifully. Now I have an interesting
issue. When I open remote apps and select a program, it hangs up for a bit,
I go to CRTL+ALT+DEL to get to the task manager and then if I hit ESC, I can
get to the remote application login screen. This happens every time that I
do something in a remote program that pops up a prompt box and a pop-up box
comes up from the remote program. If I hit CRTL+ALT+DEL, I see the pop-up
box come up right before I exit to the Task Manager screen. Then I hit ESC
and I can work in the remote program until I have another pop-up and the
cycle continues. This seems to be a Vista issue only on this machine. I
have a desktop running Vista 64 Business and it works flawlessly with remote
programs. Has anyone out there seen this and do you have a resolution?
