I bought this computer in March 2009. In April I had to send it back to the Gateway Service Center because when it started turning off by itself, the tech at Gateway told me to recover the hard drive. The computer shut off while I was doing this and needless to say, it crashed it. I got it back in late April and as of yesterday, it is doing the same thing! Their answer? RECOVER IT AGAIN! I did and it is still doing the same thing. Any suggestions? -- gmurphy |

Its new, reject it / return it to the supplier as faulty
