I just bought a laptop from a friend and it was running perfectly until
i shut down my laptop and when i turned it on in the morning it ask how
i should run my laptop. I ran the Windows normally and i got to the sign
in screen, but i wasnt allowed to sign in, it says "please wait" and ive
waited for about an hour. but when i ran it in safe mode with network or
whatever i was allowed to get on the internet but i couldnt get any
sound, i couldnt use my webcam and alot of other things.. Please help im
new to this.

Safemode is for troubleshooting, it's not for normal use. Many of the
features won't work since it won't load 3rd party drivers for devices in
this mode.

Since you are new at this...

Just how did you shutdown the computer?

Do you know you have to allow Windows to properly shutdown the computer?

Try Last Known Good Boot

Tap the F8-key while the computer is booting. It's on the same screen as
Safemode further down the list.
