Hello there, A 2 year old neighbor kid stepped on my computer and apparently
messed up the way windows works. Let's see if I can give you a couple of examples: When I click on icons on my desktop instead of launching the program the properties pane comes up, like I have right clicked and hit properties. Here is another: in Internet Explorer when I try to type in an address, lets say Hotmail.com, as soon as I hit the "H" key, the help menu comes up. If I hit the "F" key the file menu comes up. Most other keys just give me an error beep. I'm thinking the little brat hit Ctrl something or Shift something when he stepped on the keyboard. Does anyone have any ideas what the heck happened or if there is some way I can put the settings back to the way they were. I thank you in advance, you guys (and gals) have always come through for me no matter how strange my questions are! Amadeus |
