Default DVD drive problem

I have here an Optiarc DVD AD-7200A drive but it can't seem to run
anything other than CDs. Device Manager says there's nothing wrong with
it, and updating drivers doesn't help.

Is there a way to fix this or will I need to get it replaced?

Thanks in advance.

Default DVD drive problem

Have you tried to unistall it in the device manager, then rebooting to see if
this helps?

Stop. You're becoming more annoying than "The C" is.
