Hi,
I have recently started using Vista Home Prem. on my laptop, and have a question. I am having issues with logging users off via Task Manager. Occasionally my kids will forget to log out of their account. When I try to log them off using Task Manager, I always get the following error: User Boys (SessionID=2) could not be logged off. Access is denied. I did this often in XP, but haven't been able to with Vista. I am still trying to get my brain out of "XP Mode," and any info. or suggestions would be great!! Thanks!! |

Hello Ccnavin, It sounds like you may just need to click on *Show processes from all users *first to elevate Task Manager to gain permission. http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/13...ocal-user.html Hope this helps, Shawn ccnavin72;1065716 Wrote: Hi, I have recently started using Vista Home Prem. on my laptop, and have a question.
