You can try to take ownership of the three registry entry according to the

I used Regedit and checked the owner for Scripting.FileSystemObject,
Scripting.Encoder, and Scripting.Dictionary. All three had the local Administrators group as the owner. My account is a member of that group. Just to be sure, I checked the Effective Permissions tab and verified that I have Full Control over all three keys. WMP still throws the same error when I select "Find Album Info".
