Hi, I have a Windows Vista 32 bit Operating system. Everytime I turn my computer on, it loads as normal until it gets to the aqua coloured Vista welcome screen. After this the whole screen goes white for about 10 seconds. Then the desktop appears. This started today and I can't really think of any reason why it would happen. Would it perhaps be a virus? Or maybe driver software? Sorry I am no proffessional when it comes to computers so this is all very new to me. Thanks in advance. ![]() -- Jedimaster |

Hello Jedimaster,
Report problems and check for solutions automatically http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/Windows/en-US/Help/fba7e7c3-2aec-46e4-9a32-968aa620f35b1033.mspx It would be a good idea to scan. I recommend downloading and installing MalwareBytes' Antimalware (MBAM) and SUPERAntiSpywaяe (SAS). Do a full scan with MalwaяeBytes' and SUPERAntiSpywaяe. http://www.superantispyware.com/ Reboot -=- http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php Reboot -=- The programs are free. (There is a paid version but you don't need to buy it to remove malware.) -=- Good luck -=- "Jedimaster" wrote: Hi, I have a Windows Vista 32 bit Operating system.
