"youngfarm" wrote in message ... Suggestions on correcting location of icons and having complete screen. -- youngfarm A little more information would be extremely useful. How to ask a question http://support.microsoft.com/kb/555375 If the picture on you monitor is only a strip down the right side of it, it's the monitor, video card, driver, or wrong resolution. Will try to explain another way...laptop is working fine except the icons have moved to the right side of screen and they are vertical and about 1.5 inches of screen is blank vertically except for McAfee logo, battery charged logo, internet connect logo, speaker logo, webcam mgr logo, dell touchpad.....all these were at bottom of screen previously. Have not been able to move these to original position or get full width of screen. This has happened before on another computer with Windows XP. Thank you. -- youngfarm |
